Update and practical information

We are very pleased that you will be our guest at the Glomex launching event on October 30,2014 at the fantastic venue of DoubleTree by Hilton, Amsterdam Centraal Station, and toast with us on the future of corporate travel & mobility.
It is promissed to be an interesting event with excellent speakers and -close to our maximum of - 100 guests from an interesting mix of companies and disciplines.
The program:
17:00 – 17:30 hrs - welcome reception at the first floor, venue rooms London I and II
17:30 – 17:45 hrs - welcome word & introduction of the Glomex initiative
17:45 – 19.15 hrs - Keynote speakers of the BMW Group AG and Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, followed by an introduction of the DoubleTree hotel.
19.15 – 20:30 hrs - networking opportunity with drinks and snacks in the trendy SkyLounge with fabulous view over Amsterdam.
Speakers
Christel Reynaerts, Head of International Corporate Sales BMW Group AG will share the views of BMW on how new technology will improve the mobility of the driver.
Flip Nellissen, Senior Marketeer Aviation at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol will tap into Schiphol’s developments to realize and increase seamless travel through the airport. What’s 24/7 happening backstage to meet and exceed expectations for now and the future.
Caroline Receveur, General Manager DoubleTree by Hilton, will introduce the hotel in her elevator pitch.
PRACTICAL INFORMATION
- The hotel is located next to the Amsterdam Central Station and is therefor easily accessible by public transport.
- If you decide to come by car, you can park in the parking garage "Oosterdok". Follow the signs "hotel" upon entrance. Please note: The parking fee is at your own expense. Costs per 20 minutes €1,50 however if you park over 5 hours, the total costs will be reduced to €10 : More info
