Smashing Airport Gatherings! Will you join?

The Summer Holidays are formally over and to kick-off the Business Season we organize 2 special Glomex events at Schiphol Airport and Rotterdam The Hague Airport.

September 03, 2015:  Informal After-Summer-Break Gathering at the recently opened Worldhotel Wings at Rotterdam The Hague Airport. Glomex members and relations are welcome to join (free of charge). More details about the event see below. 

September 24, 2015: Gathering with Keynote and forum discussion about "Connected Mobility" at the Schiphol Building.  

Many people from the baby-boom generation still know the first version of the mobile (and heavy) telephone and slow wired internet! Anno 2015 we are 24/7 online and the notion of mobility, has an entirely different meaning. 

Connected Mobility goes way beyond connectivity via smart phones. It includes developments such as telecommuting with wifi in trains, planes and cars, (lease) car apps providing specific information, booking travel on mobile devices, other ways of connecting/communicating with travellers, iBeacons and much more.

Keynote Airplus and Captains of Industry will share their vision on "Connected Mobility" at the Glomex Gathering at Schiphol. More about the program below.

Glomex Schiphol Gathering


You are invited to join the Glomex Airport Gathering on September 24, hosted by Amsterdam Airport Schiphol

The theme is "Connected Mobility"

Keynote Airplus and Captains of Industy will share their vision on Connected Mobility. The panel members will be Harm Kreulen (KLM), Dick Bakker (Arval), Carel Bal (ALD), Erik Berkhof (Van Mossel Groep), Willem Melis (Thalys), Jan Latenstein (CWT), Diederik Banken (BCD), representative of Amsterdam Airport Schiphol and a Corporate Travel Manager.

The program:
16:30 – 17:00 hrs - reception

17:00 – 19.00 hrs - Keynote by Airplus on the topic "Connected Mobility", followed by forumdiscussion with Captains of Industry.

19.00 – 20.30 hrs - networking opportunity with drinks and fingerfood, courtesy of Amsterdam Schiphol Airport.

Glomex Rotterdam The Hague Airport Gathering


You are invited for the informal "After-Summer-Break Gathering" at the recently opened Worldhotel Wings that is uniquely locatedat the heart of Rotterdam The Hague Airport, next to the Terminal Building. 

From 17.00 hours you are welcome for drinks at the Rooftop Winebar overlooking the Airport and view the aircraft movements. The Worldhotel Wing hosts will also be happy to give you a tour around the hotel, ending at the Sportsbar. Here we will further enjoy drinks and fingerfood while networking till around 20.30 hours.
